工会弘扬工匠精神助推新时期产业工人队伍建设

Boosting the Construction of Industrial Workers in the New Era through Promoting the Spirit of Craftsmen by Trade Union

工匠精神是成就能工巧匠的先决条件,是企业创新发展的必要条件,是实现制造强国的重要因素,更是关系到"两个一百年"奋斗目标、中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。当前,党中央就产业工人队伍建设改革进行专门谋划和部署,发出了推进产业工人队伍建设改革的总动员令。工会在推进新时期产业工人队伍建设中扮演着重要的角色,以建设宏大的产业工人队伍为核心,探索工会大力弘扬工匠精神的实践路径,在全社会营造尊重劳动、崇尚技能、鼓励创造的良好氛围,加快推进产业工人队伍建设。

The spirit of craftsman is a prerequisite for achieving skilled craftsmen,a necessary condition for enterprises' innovation and development,an important factor for realising a strong country,and the realisation of the "two hundred years" goal and of the nation's great rejuvenation of the Chinese Dream.The Party Central Committee specially planned and deployed the reform of the industrial workers' team and issued a general mobilisation order to promote the reform of the industrial workers' team.The trade union plays an important role in promoting the construction of the industrial workers in the new era.Taking the construction of a large team of industrial workers as the core,it explores the practical path of trade union to vigorously promote the spirit of artisans,and builds respect for labor,advocating skills and encouraging creativity in the whole society.The atmosphere will accelerate the construction of the industrial workers.
