摘要
新形势下,随着企业改革的不断深化,职工群众因岗位、劳动保护、薪酬分配等因素而呈现出复杂化、多样化的利益诉求。工会通过传统的职工座谈会、厂务公开、信访维稳等方式方法,化解了部分职工的利益矛盾,但面对职工群众的新诉求、新期待,作为职工"娘家人"的工会更需要积极深入地探索职工表达诉求的新途径,更好的解决职工的各种诉求,打造工会服务的新亮点,推动工会工作不断创新发展。
Under the new situation,with the continuous deepening of enterprise reform,the staff and workers have presented complex and diversifi ed interests in demand due to factors such as post,labor protection,and salary distribution. The trade union have resolved the confl icts of interests through traditional methods such as employee symposiums,open factory affairs,and stable letters and visits.However,in the face of the new demands and expectations of the worker,trade union need to be more active in exploring the new ways for employees to express their aspirations,meeting the various demands of employees,creating new highlights of trade union services,and promoting the continuous innovation and development of trade union work.
