摘要 养老文化建设是广大离退休工作人员肩负的重要责任和使命。中国石化股份有限公司天津分公司认真贯彻落实习近平总书记对老干部、离退休工作的重要论述和要求,牢固树立"尊老敬老,为老爱老"理念,不断拓宽离退休工作内涵,始终秉承"以子女之心,做精准服务之事"原则,倾心服务于离退休人员各类群体,着力在打造敬老文化、养老文化机制上下功夫,逐步形成了富有天津石化特色的"三六三"工作模式,营造了"老有所养、老有所乐、老有所学"的浓郁氛围。 The construction of retirement culture is an important responsibility of the retired staff.Tianjin Branch of Sinopec Co.,Ltd.conscientiously implements the important expositions and requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on elder cadres and retirement work,fi rmly establishes the concept of "respecting and loving the elderly",and constantly broadens the connotation of retirement work.Basing on the principle of "precise service as their children",we serve all groups of retired staff and build a mechanism of respecting the elders and the retirement culture.Gradually a "three-threethree" working mode is built with the characteristics of the enterprise.It meets the basic demands of he aged group for service,studies and entertainment".
