炎症性肠病(IBD)是肠道的慢性非特异性炎症性疾病.其肠外表现复杂多样,涉及多个系统.肺部表现作为其中一个类型并不常见,在临床工作中容易被轻视,其主要包括IBD肺部表现的亚临床改变、药物相关性肺部病变和非药物引起的肺部病变.本文就IBD的肺部表现的研究进展进行综述,以期更全面地认识IBD并指导临床诊疗.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory disease of the intestinal tract. Its extra-intestinal manifestations are complicated and varied with multiple systems involved. Pulmonary manifestations, as one of the types, are not common and are easily ignored in clinical work. The pulmonary manifestations of IBD mainly include subclinical changes, drug-related pulmonary lesions and non-drug-induced pulmonary lesions. This article reviews the research progress of pulmonary manifestations of IBD in order to understand IBI) more comprehensively and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
