摘要
目的:设计基于STM32芯片的可穿戴式中医电针治疗仪系统,使其具备无线控制、体积小、功耗低、安全性高的特点。方法:通过文献查阅、需求功能分析、电子电路设计、嵌入式设计等技术手段提出了中医电针治疗仪的原理和结构。设计了基于STM32芯片可穿戴式中医电针治疗仪系统的硬件电路及嵌入式系统。结果:本系统采用正弦波作为治疗波形,通过STM32芯片产生正弦脉冲宽度调制(SPWM)波,经过滤波电路将SPWM波过滤得到正弦波,由功率放大器和升压变压器对正弦波进行信号放大达到目标输出电压。结论:本系统与传统的电针治疗仪设计方案相比,可穿戴式中医电针治疗仪系统的治疗数据能实现精确控制,波形稳定,同时系统的稳定性和安全性更高,体积更小便于穿戴。
Objective:To design a system of wearable electro-acupuncture therapeutic instrument for traditional Chinese medicine based on STM32 chip.The system has the characteristics of wireless control,small size,low power consumption and high security.Methods:The principle and structure of electro-acupuncture therapeutic instrument in traditional Chinese medicine were put forward by means of literature review,demand function analysis and embedded design.The hardware system and embedded system of wearable traditional Chinese medicine electro-acupuncture therapeutic instrument system based on STM32 chip are designed.Results:The system uses sinusoidal wave as treatment waveform,firstly,generates SPWM(sinusoidal pulse width modulation)wave through STM32 chip,secondly,the SPWM wave through filter circuit to get sinusoidal wave,finaly,amplifies sinusoidal wave by power amplifier and boost transformer to achieve the target output voltage.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional design of electro-acupuncture therapeutic instrument,the wearable electro-acupuncture therapeutic instrument system of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve precise control of the treatment data,stable waveform,higher stability and safety,smaller size and easy to wear.
