摘要
绿色建筑工程是以绿色环保为前提开展的工程设计,因其结构形式较为复杂,这也为工程造价预算与成本控制工作也增加了难度,为了更加有效地开展工程造价预算与成本控制工作,就必须结合绿色建筑工程的施工特点,制定出较为完善的造价管理体系和成本控制体系。
Green building projects are based on the premise of green environmental protection.Because of the complexity of the structure,it is more difficult to budget and control the cost of the project.In order to do this work well,a relatively perfect cost management system and a cost control system must be formulated according to the construction characteristics of green building projects.
