通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷配合穴位按摩对腰椎术后便秘病人胃肠功能的影响

目的探究通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷配合穴位按摩应用于腰椎术后便秘病人对改善胃肠功能、舒适度的影响。方法选取海安市中医院2015年9月至2016年9月收治的行常规护理的腰椎术后便秘病人52例作为对照组,另选取海安市中医院2016年10月至2017年10月收治的行通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷配合穴位按摩的腰椎术后便秘病人52例作为观察组。对比两组胃肠功能、临床疗效及舒适度。结果观察组护理10 d后术后肛门排气时间(27.35±10.84)h、排便时间(46.48±14.37)h均短于对照组(40.07±9.68)h、(78.69±17.53)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理10 d后临床疗效96.15%高于对照组67.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理10 d后Wexner评分(7.5±2.0)分显著低于对照组(14.1±4.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷配合穴位按摩应用于腰椎术后便秘病人可有效改善胃肠功能,提高临床疗效及舒适度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying Tongfu Umbilical plaster with umbilical sticking and acupoint massage on patients with constipation after lumbar surgery to improve gastrointestinal function and comfort.Methods 52 patients with postoperative lumbar constipation underwent routine nursing care from September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as the control group.Another hospital was selected from our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 Umbilical paste plaster umbilical stick with acupoint massage postoperative patients with constipation after lumbar spine 52 cases as the observation group.Thegastrointestinal function,clinical efficacy and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results The anal exhaust time and defecation time of the observation group after 10 days of nursing were shorter than those of the control group(27.35±10.84)h vs.(40.07±9.68)h,(46.48±14.37)h vs.(78.69±17.53)h(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group after 10 days of nursing was higher than that of the control group 96.15%vs.67.31%(P<0.05).The score of Wexner in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 10 d nursing[(7.5±2.0)vs.(14.1±4.2)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tong Hu Umbilical paste with acupoint massage applied to patients with postoperative lumbar constipation can effectively improve their gastrointestinal function and improve clinical efficacy and comfort,which worthy of clinical promotion.
