通心络胶囊治疗老年早期缺血性脑卒中的临床观察

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Early Ischemic Stroke in the Elderly

目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗老年早期缺血性脑卒中的临床效果,为治疗该病提供方法。方法选择2017年6月—2018年6月苏州市中西医结合医院神经内科收治的老年早期缺血性脑卒中患者66例,根据数字表法随机分为对照组(n=33例)和观察组(n=33例)。对照组仅接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上添加通心络胶囊进行治疗,2组疗程均为2周。采用BI指数(巴氏指数)对2组治疗前后日常生活能力进行评估与比较,同时分别于治疗前后记录并比较2组血脂水平、NIHSS评分(美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表)和中医症候积分。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组BI指数均显著升高,且观察组BI指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组TC和LDL-C水平显著下降(P<0.05);观察组TC和LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组NIHSS评分与中医症候积分均显著下降(P<0.05),而观察组中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年早期缺血性脑卒中患者治疗中,通心络胶囊可降低患者血脂、提高日常生活能力方,具有一定的临床应用前景。

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on early ischemic stroke in the elderly.Methods 66 elderly with early ischemic stroke hospitalized during the period fromJune,2017 to June,2018 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: control group and observation group,33 in each;routine treatment was given to the elderly in both groups while administration of Tongxinluo Capsule was added to the elderly in observation group;the courses in both groups lasted for 2 weeks;BI index (Pap index) was used in the evaluation and comparison of the daily living ability of the elderly before and after treatment,and the blood lipid level,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores and TCM symptom scores of the elderly before and after treatment were recorded a comparative study was made between the 2 groups. Results The BI index in both groups were much higher after treatment than those before treatment and the index in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group (P<0.05);the levels of TC and LDL-C in both groups were much lower after treatment than those before treatment (P<0.05) and the levels in observation group were obviously lower than those in control group (P<0.05);the NIHSS scores and TCM symptom scores in both groups were lower after treatment than those before treatment (P<0.05) and the TCMsymptomscores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Tongxinluo Capsule can reduce the level of blood lipid and promote the daily living ability of the elderly with early ischemic stroke;it is worthy of wider clinical application.
