推拿手法治疗老年膝骨关节病临床疗效观察

Effect of Manipulation on Knee Osteoarthropathy in the Elderly

目的观察推拿手法治疗老年膝骨关节病的疗效。方法2016年11月—2018年8月,收集复旦大学附属华东医院就诊的104例老年膝骨关节病患者,年龄60~83岁,平均年龄为(70.1±5.5)岁,通过随机数字表将受试者随机分为治疗组和观察组2组。观察组予骨痛贴膏治疗,治疗组予推拿手法辨证施治。治疗前和治疗4周后,通过WOMAC量表、疼痛视觉模拟评分和50步步行用时对患者的疗效进行评价。结果治疗前2组受试者WOMAC量表、疼痛视觉模拟评分和50步步行用时差异均无统计学意义。治疗4周后,治疗组WOMAC评分比观察组低(P=0.000);VAS评分比观察组低(P=0.000);50步步行用时比观察组少(P=0.000)。结论与骨通贴膏相比,推拿手法能更有效促进老年膝骨关节病患者康复。

Objective To explore the curative effect of manipulation on knee osteoarthropathy in the elderly.Methods 104 elderly with knee osteoarthropathy,aged from 60 to 83 years old with the average of (70.1±5.5) years,in Huadong Hospital during the period from Nov.,2016 to Aug.,2018 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and observation group;Gutong sticking plaster was applied to cases in observation group while manipulation was performed on cases in treatment group;the scores of WOMAC scale and pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and the time for 50- step walking before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were calculated to assess the curative effect.Results There existed o statistical difference in the scores of WOMAC scale and pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and the time for 50-step walking between the 2 groups before treatment while 4 weeks after treatment,the scores of WOMAC scale and pain visual analogue scale (VAS) in treatment group were lower than those in observation group (P=0.000) and the time for 50-step walking was shorter (P=0.000).Conclusions Manipulation is more effective in promoting the recovery of the elderly with knee osteoarthropathy than Gutong sticking plaster.
