摘要
随着工业自动化的不断升级,各制造业由传统的手动操作转换为机器自动操作,大量减少了劳动力投入量,同时也减少了劳动力投入成本,且机器自动化做工较人为做工出错率较低。机器自动化通常是由机械结构与电气控制系统结合组成的,本文讲述的是通过DH48S-S时间继电器控制分合闸电磁铁实现自动触击功能的装置,内容主要包括组件的选型以及电路的设计。
With the continuous upgrading of industrial automation,the manufacturing industry has been converted from traditional manual operation to automatic machine operation,which has greatly reduced the labor input,and also reduced the labor input cost,and the machine automation work has a lower error rate than manual work.Machine automation is usually composed of mechanical structure and electrical control system.This article describes the device that realizes the automatic touch function by controlling the opening and closing electromagnet through DH48S-S time relay.The content mainly includes component selection and circuit design.
