摘要
平行缝焊是针对微电子器件及光电器件等较大管壳的气密性缝焊工艺。文中提出的新型自动平行缝焊设备优势主要体现在管壳与盖板对位技术及夹具高兼容性设计。此外,设备中传输机构对于微电子封装行业自动化设备具有一定借鉴意义。
The technology of parallel seam sealing is used for tube hermetic sealing in microelectronics and optoelectronic industry.A new type of automatic parallel seam welder as mentioned in the article has two advantages,one of them is counterpoint technology between tube and cover plate,the other is highly compatible design of fixture device.In addition,the transmission mechanism in this equipment has reference significance for automation equipment in microelectronics industry.
