Analysis and Treatment of Quality Problems in Sealing and Welding Process of TO Products and Measures for Pre-control

针对封帽机TO产品封焊过程中出现的焊接质量问题,本文介绍了封帽机封焊产品的TO封装应用,以及影响焊接质量的焊接条件,并为重要焊接条件进行了参数选择,最后对TO产品封焊过程质量问题给出了相应的解决方法和预控措施。经生产验证,提高了TO产品封焊过程质量和效率,减少了封焊缺陷和经济损失,保证了实际生产过程中设备运行的可靠性。

Aiming at the welding quality problems in the sealing welding process of the hat sealing machine TO products,this paper introduces the TO packaging application of the sealing machine sealing welding products,and the welding conditions that affect the welding quality,and selects the parameters for the important welding conditions.Finally,the corresponding solutions and pre-control measures are given for the quality problem of TO product sealing and welding process.Through production verification,the quality and efficiency of the sealing and welding process of TO products are improved,the defects and economic losses of sealing and welding are reduced,and the reliability of equipment operation in the actual production process is guaranteed.
