本文针对区县公路基础设施管养存在的问题,采用信息化手段开发区县级公路事业一体化管养系统,实现标准化信息录入、多部门共享管养信息、专家远程在线技术帮助等功能,为管养单位的科学管养提供帮助。

This thesis proposes the problem of the management and maintenance in district highway infrastructure,uses information technology to develop the highway integrated management and maintenance system in district level,achieves the function such as the standardization of information input、sharing management and maintenance information in multi-sector、remote on-line technical assistance of expert,offers help to maintain department in scientific managemant and maintemance.
