本文通过研究工程项目索赔管理风险识别方法和WBS结构分解法的特点,结合某市儿童福利院工程教学综合楼顶层预应力楼盖子项目工程运用WBS-RBS方法构建RBM风险分解矩阵,分析业主方索赔潜在的风险。为风险识别WBS-RBS方法在实际工程运用,提供一些启示。
