摘要
采用气质联用法初步探索山桃花挥发油的化学成分和相对含量。优化条件为:气相进样口温度250℃,进样量1μL,分流比10∶1,流速1mL/min,程序升温,起始温度50℃,以10℃/min升温至150℃,以1.5℃/min升温至200℃,以3℃/min升温至280℃,辅助加热器温度280℃。首次得到15种主要成分。肉豆蔻酸(1.06%)、棕榈酸甲酯(2.29%)、棕榈酸(35.83%)、3,5,11,15-四甲基-3-羟基-1-十六烯(1.87%)、正二十四烷(20.75%)、正二十一烷(13.81%)等是山桃花挥发油的主要成分。
The volatile oil of Prunus davidiana Carr.flower was extracted by steam distillation and the composition of volatile oil was analyzed by GC(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry)with NIST11.L standard software.The gas chromatographic condition was:inlet temperature 250℃,injection volume 1μL,split ratio 10∶1,flow rate 1 mL/min;temperature rising cycle:starting at 50℃,raising to 150℃at 10℃/min,then rising to 200℃at 1.5℃/min,finally to 280℃at 3℃/min with auxiliary heater at 280℃.Total of 15 components was obtained including tetradecanoic acid(1.06%),hexadecanoic acid methyl ester(2.29%),n-hexadecanoic acid(35.83%),3,5,11,15-tetramethyl-3-hydroxy-1-hexadecen(1.87%),tetracosane(20.75%)and heneicosane(13.81%).The analysis laid a scientific foundation for the development and utilization of Prunus davidiana Carr.flower.
