Threat Assessment Method of Ship Formation Under Joint Air Defense Mission

提出了一种立足体系作战、以装备体系贡献度为依据的威胁评估方法,综合运用复杂网络节点重要性理论和熵权-灰色关联法、云模型理论等效能评估方法,从结构贡献和能力贡献2个维度解构装备在作战体系中对遂行作战任务的体系综合贡献程度。根据体系贡献度进行威胁评估,综合评估装备的结构特征和固有能力,符合“系统结构决定系统功能”的系统工程原理,研究成果可以为体系作战的方案制定、训练演习提供指导,也可为新型装备需求论证和确定主要性能指标提供技术支撑。

A threat assessment method based on system operation and the contribution to system warfighting( CSW) of equipment system is proposed,and in which the complex network related theory,entropy weight grey correlation method and cloud model theory equivalent energy evaluation method are used. From the two dimensions of structure contribution and capability contribution,the CSW is deconstructed to the operational task in operational system. According to the assessment of the CSW,the structural characteristics and inherent ability of the equipment are evaluated comprehensively,which conforms to the system engineering principle of " the system structure determines the function of the system". The research results can provide guidance for the scheme formulation and training exercises of the system operations,and also provide technical support for the demonstration of new equipment requirements and the determination of the main performance indicators.
