摘要
针对行人在路口处闯红灯的违反交通规则的行为,提出一种借助视频监控、人脸识别及大数据分析等技术手段实现的自动预警及显示曝光系统。该系统前端设置专用检测摄像机实时监控斑马线,当有行人存在闯红灯行为时,语音播报装置先对其进行语音提醒;如果继续违章,系统连续抓拍行人特写图片,由公安交警专网上传至交警大队总控中心后台服务器存储、管理及进行人脸比对识别,获取违章行为人的相关信息,并同步在路口处的大屏上显示曝光。
Aiming at the violation of traffic rules that pedestrians go through a red light at a road junction;the paper puts forward an automatic early warning and display system by means of video surveillance,face recognition and large data analysis.The front end of the system is equipped with special detection camera to monitor zebra crossings in real time.When pedestrians go through red lights,the voice broadcasting device first sends out voice reminder.If violations continue,the system continuously captures the snapshots of pedestrians and uploads them to the backend server of the traffic control center of the traffic police brigade for storage,management and face recognition,so as to obtain the relevant information of the offenders,and display on the large screen at the road junctions.
