矿用挖掘机振动监测记录仪的研制

摘要 矿用挖掘机在超载运行或操作人员违章操作下,如磕碰履带板、快速回转等造成设备较大的振动时极易造成设备结构件断裂事故,造成设备停机,给企业带来严重损失.为了实现设备的实时监测、对违规操作及时发出警报,本文采用振动传感器,以STM32F103微控制器为核心控制单元设计了一款矿用挖掘机振动监测记录仪.主要流程为实时采集振动数据,对数据进行处理后判断是否达到警戒振动状态.通过对振动数据的分析,可以实时掌握设备的运行情况及时反映问题,提高设备的使用效率,延长设备的使用寿命. Under overload or illegal operator operation,mining excavators are prone to breakage,shutdown and serious losses especially when they knock against a trackpad and fast rotation causing large equipment vibration.To realize real-time monitoring of equipment and alarms timely for the illegal operation,a vibration monitoring recorder for mining excavator is designed by using a vibration sensor and STM32F103 microcontroller as the core control unit. The main process is to collect vibration data in real time and to judge whether it reaches the alert vibration state after processing the data.Through the analysis of vibration data,we can monitor the operation of the equipment in real time and reflect the problems in time,improve the efficiency of the equipment and prolong its service.
