摘要 本文采用曲酸作为添加剂,研制了一款美白护肤霜,具有良好的安全性与稳定性。因曲酸对光、热敏感,且在空气中易被氧化,本文选取不同抗氧化剂(EDTA二钠和焦亚硫酸钠)对产品进行了护色研究,并对抗氧化剂的添加量进行了优化。结果表明:当EDTA二钠与焦亚硫酸钠添加量达0.1%时,即可满足护色要求。产品经试用,美白效果显著,且能长时间直接暴露在空气中不变色。 In this paper,using kojic acid as an additive,a whitening skin cream with good safety and stability was developed. Because kojic acid is sensitive to light and heat, and is easily oxidized in air, different antioxidants(EDTA disodium and sodium metabisulfite) were selected for color protection research, and the amount of anti-oxidant added was optimized. The results show that when the amount of disodium EDTA and sodium metabisulfite is 0.1%, the color protection requirement can be met. After trial use, the product whitening effect is remarkable,and it can be directly exposed to the air for a long time without discoloration.
