摘要
青少年身体健康问题一直是世界上关心研究的一个关键问题。饮食是影响体质健康的重要因素。日本是青少年身体健康状况最好的国家之一,因此本文运用文献资料法,研究中国和日本青少年的饮食结构,吸取日本青少年的饮食结构长处,开展“食育”,为改善中国青少年的健康状况提供理论依据。
Adolescent physical health has always been a key issue of concern in the world. Diet is an important factor affecting physical health. Japan is one of the countries in which teenagers are in the best physical health condition. Therefore,this paper studies the dietary structure of Chinese and Japanese adolescents by using the method of literature and materials,and draws on the advantages of the dietary structure of Japanese adolescents to carry out “food education”. It provides a theoretical basis for improving the health status of Chinese adolescents.
