摘要
建立了QuEChERS结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定马铃薯中氟吡菌胺、噻呋酰胺和双炔酰菌胺3种酰胺类杀菌剂残留的方法。采用电喷雾正离子模式下多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量。结果表明,在10-500ng/mL浓度范围内,3种杀菌剂具有良好的线性关系,R2>0.991;在0.01mg/kg、0.1mg/kg、0.2mg/kg三种加标水平下,平均回收率为82.7%-117.0%,RSD<1%(n=6),定量限分别为0.0361μg/kg(氟吡菌胺)、0.1676μg/kg(噻呋酰胺)、0.0211μg/kg(双炔酰菌胺)。该方法前处理简单快速,灵敏度和准确度高,可满足马铃薯中多种酰胺类杀菌剂残留检测的要求。
A method has been developed for simultaneous determination of threeamide fungicide residues (fluopicolide, thifluzamide, mandipropamid) in potato using QuEChERS- ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The calibration curves of 3 amide fungicides were linear in the range of 10- 500 ng/mL and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.991. The average recoveries of target compounds at three spiked concentration levels of 0.01,0.1 and 0.2 mg/kg were in the range of 82.7-117.0%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 1%.The limits of quantification were 0.036 1 μg/kg for fluopicolide,0.167 6 μg/kg for thifluzamide and 0.021 1 μg/kg for mandipropamid. All the above observations indicate that the established analytical method is simplicity,rapidity,sensitivity and accuracy,and suitable for the determination of the three amide fungicides in potato.
