基于OBE理念下的食品专业大学生创新创业训练计划项目管理改革探索

Exploration on Project Management Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Plan for Food Major College Students Based on OBE Concept

本文基于吉林大学食品科学与工程学院食品专业学生的研究范本,引用OBE-成果导向教育理念,优化管理大学生创新创业计划项目。追踪2014-2015级学生的大学生创新创业训练计划项目,学院从组织学生立项、中期检查、结题过程中,一直秉持“立足学生,创新为先”的原则,积极筹备。从立项开始,建立了“创新课题辅导员”、“课题见习生”制度,设立帮扶小组,召开创新创业经验交流会,利用QQ群、微信等交流沟通平台在学生和教师中间形成了良好的监督、沟通的机制。研究发现,在2015级乃至2015级学生的立项以及优秀课题数都有显著的提升在学校都名列前茅,随着改革的深入,我们在收获成果的同时也发掘了更多可加以鉴戒和值得改进的方面。

Based on the research model of Jilin University, this paper quotes OBE-results-oriented education concept to optimize the management of University Students′ innovative entrepreneurship projects. From the sample of 2016,the project of innovative entrepreneurship training program for college students of grade 2014- 201has been followed up by the college from the process of organizing students′ project establishment,mid-term examination and conclusion“. Based on the principle of“students,innovation first”,we should actively prepare for it. From the beginning of the project,the system of“innovative subject counselor”and“subject trainee”has been established, the support group has been set up, the experience exchange meeting of innovative entrepreneurship has been held,and the communication platform of QQ group and Wechat has formed a good supervision and communication mechanism between students and teachers. In the course of the reform,we found that the number of students' projects and outstanding topics in grade 2015 and even in grade 2015 had been significantly improved. With the deepening of the reform, we have also found more areas to be warned and worthy of improvement.
