基于学科课程的探索期教师培训课程设计

摘要 探索期教师培训课程设置关键是对“学科课程”的深度认知,课程目标指向课程学习力、教学改进力、课题研究力和职业实现力。课程依据纵向的“学科课程”的课程要素和横向的能力指向而设计,“纵横向课程”真正地将理论以某一种方法按某一种途径具体实践,实现自我发展和教育变革。整个培训课程体系的实施就是“学教研业”一体化,具体实施途径可以通过样例学习、课例研修、仪式课程来实现。探索期教师培训评价应与课程实施同步推进。
