伴随市场经济的不断发展,非法集资现象五花八门且愈演愈烈,正常的社会主义市场经济秩序受到极其严重的干扰。非法集资现象的存在,一方面使人们的合法的财产权利受到严重损害,另一方面也使正常的市场经济秩序遭到严重破坏,进而对社会的和谐与稳定发展带来不良影响。因此要注重宣传,提高人们对非法集资的防范意识;完善立法,为打击非法集资提供法律保障;加强监管,健全对非法集资的金融监管机制。

With the continuous development of market economy,the phenomenon of illegal fund-raising has become more and more serious,and the normal order of socialist market economy has been seriously disturbed.The existence of illegal fund-raising has seriously damaged people’s legitimate property rights on the one hand,and damaged the normal market economic order on the other hand,which has a negative impact on the harmonious and stable development of society.Therefore,we should pay attention to propaganda,improve people’s awareness of prevention of illegal fund-raising;improve legislation to provide legal protection against illegal fund-raising;strengthen supervision and improve the financial supervision mechanism for illegal fund-raising.
