大学本科教育的弥散与强化

The Dispersion and Strengthening of Undergraduate Education

本科教育是培育高阶人才的重要源泉,更是建设一流大学的根本保证。目前我国高校发展理念疏散,本科教育地位偏离,其仍存在人才培养目标松散、学习自主权受限、课堂挑战性不高、学习使命意识淡薄等问题。就此提出坚持扎根中国大地的办学逻辑、秉持育人本真,重构教学与科研的关系、制定"打造金课,合理增负"的教学规划及构建高校本科教育对外开放新格局的强化路径。

Undergraduate education is an important source of cultivating high-level talents,and it is the fundamental guarantee for building a first-class university.On the other side,the undergraduate education system in China’s colleges and universities at present is still threatened by problems such as loose talent training objectives,limited learning autonomy,low classroom challenges,and weak learning mission awareness.Therefore,it is proposed to adhere to the logic of running a school in China and uphold the education.Practical measures should be taken to reconstruct the relationship between teaching and scientific research,to formulate the teaching plan of“creating a golden lesson,and rationally increase the burden”and to construct a new pattern of opening up the undergraduate education in colleges and universities so as to enhance the cross-cultural competence.
