With the rapid development of social economy in China, energy saving and emission reduction work and heating technology in China have been carried out smoothly, and heat meters are widely used as the measurement and verification tools of main heating equipment. The essence of heat meter is to measure the relevant data settlement form. The working process is the same as water meter and electricity meter. The stability and reliability of its operation process are closely related to the benefit of users and heating enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to verify the measurement of heat energy meter. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and key points of the calibration of heat meters, which will help to enhance the efficiency of the calibration work and promote the further development of related industries in China.
