Constructing a new Mode of Medical Equipment Operation Management under the new Medical Reform

文章以南方医科大学南方医院为例,从构建信息化管理系统、维修模式转变、开展预防性维护工作、建立质量检测体系、引入品管圈管理手段等多方面展开对医疗设备运行管理模式的新探索,以期通过不断尝试与反思,逐步完善医疗设备运行管理工作,同时也为广大医工同行提供借鉴与参考。

The article takes the Nanfang Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University as an example,explores the operation management mode of medical equipment from the aspects of constructing information management system,changing maintenance mode,carrying out preventive maintenance work,establishing quality inspection system,and introducing Quality Control Circle managementmeans,in order to gradually improve the operation and management of medical equipment through continuous trial and reflection,also provide reference for medical workers.
