文章以某医院血液科的骨髓移植中心为例,介绍了洁净病房的技术指标和净化空调系统的特点,比较了垂直送风和水平送风两种气流组织形式对病房布局的影响和各自的优缺点,重点分析了净化空调系统中新风系统和循环风系统的构成及空气处理方式。同时从空调系统的风管风速、风机选配、消声减震等方面阐述了净化空调系统设计中最容易被忽视的噪音控制问题。

The article takes the bone marrow transplantation center of hematology department of a hospital as an example,introduces the technical indicators of the clean ward and the characteristics of the air-conditioning system.It compares the influence of the vertical air supply and the horizontal air supply on the layout of the ward and their advantages and disadvantages;analyzes the composition of the fresh air system and the circulating air system in the air conditioning system and the air treatment methods;elaborates the noise control problems which are most easily overlooked in the design of air conditioning systems from the aspects of duct velocity,fan selection and noise reduction.
