摘要
文章以北京协和医院东院的门急诊楼和手术科室楼为实例,详细阐述了工单管理的建设内容,并通过工单数据的统计分析,针对重点、高频次的工单进行技术整改,减少问题发生概率,降低后勤运维成本。
The article takes the outpatient and emergency room and surgery department building of the east hospital of Peking Union Medical College Hospital as the pilot.It expounds the construction content of work order management.Finally,in order to reduce the probability of potential problems and the costs of logistic operation and maintenance,some technical rectifications will be carried out to optimize the key and high-frequency work orders which are distinguished bystatisticalanalysis.
