20世纪50年代末中国水库移民与政治动员研究——以丹江口水库淅川县移民动员为例

Research on Reservoir Migration and Political Mobilization in China in the Late 1950s

1958年9月,国家重点大型水利项目丹江口水库动工建设。为保证水库的建设进度,作为水库淹没区的淅川县将库区移民与支边建设相结合。为动员青年支援青海省社会主义建设,淅川县对青年进行政治动员宣传。宣传的主要内容:一是宣传支边建设的重要意义;二是号召青年在支援青海省建设中实现自身价值;三是宣传青海省的社会民俗和经济状况;四是宣传青海省安置青年的措施。淅川县的政治动员,使青年们认同支援青海省社会主义建设的政策,移民支边任务圆满完成。

In September of 1958, the Danjiangkou reservoir, a major national water conservancy project, started construction. The relocation and resettlement of the people in the reservoir area are the major social problem. In order to ensure the construction progress of the reservoir, Xichuan county, which is a submerged reservoir area, combines the immigration of the reservoir area with the construction of the branch. In order to mobilize young people to support the socialist construction in Qinghai Province, Xichuan county carries out political mobilization and propaganda for young people. The main content of propaganda are, first, the importance of promoting the construction of the support side;the second is to call on young people to realize their own values in supporting the construction of Qinghai Province;the third is to publicize the social folklore and economic conditions in Qinghai Province;Fourth, publicizing the measures for the placement of young people in Qinghai Province.
