摘要
LED-UV印刷固化技术是一种固化UV油墨的新型印刷固化技术,这种固化技术所用的LED-UV固化装置相较于传统的UV固化装置,具有不产生臭氧和VOC,并且能耗更低,光源稳定可以做到即开即用无需预热等优点,因此LED-UV印刷固化技术是绿色环保的固化技术。但是由于固化装置中的LED-UV芯片在工作中一部分能量会以热能的形式损耗,热量会造成PN结温度升高,导致LED-UV芯片的光衰,从而降低设备使用寿命。通过SolidWorks建立散热装置模型以及使用Fluent进行仿真分析,根据仿真结果设计一种适用于大功率LED-UV固化系统的散热装置。
LED-UV printing curing technology is a new printing and curing technology for curing UV inks. The LED-UV curing device used in this curing technology has no ozone and VOC and lower energy consumption than conventional UV curing devices. The light source can be stabilized and ready to use without preheating, so the LED-UV printing curing technology is a green and environmentally friendly curing technology. However, since some of the energy of the LED-UV chip in the curing device is lost in the form of heat energy, the heat will cause the temperature of the PN junction to rise, resulting in the light decay of the LED-UV chip, thereby reducing the service life of the device. The heat sink model was established by Solid Works and the simulation analysis was performed using Fluent. Based on the simulation results, a heat sink suitable for high-power LED-UV curing system was designed.
