State governance and deliberative democracy embody the theoretical relevance and practical consilience.People as the main body,equality and fairness,cooperation and inclusiveness,and orderly rule of law jointly constitute the intrinsic requirements of Chinese democratic politics and the logic direction of state governance.Modernization of state governance provides a broad practical platform for deliberative democracy and the latter is an important way to realize the former.With the deepening development of the extensive,multi-layered and institutionalized deliberative democracy,rich practical forms of deliberative democracy are established from grass-root social life level to state institution level.The establishment of the construction path of party governance,state governance and legal governance modernization is conducive to the deepening of democratic institutionalization and the improvement of the modernization level of state governance.
