摘要
作为心理资本研究的新趋势,团队心理资本体现出巨大的研究价值,越来越被国内外学者所重视。运用文献资料法,对团队心理资本的基本概念、结构与测量、前因变量和结果变量等进行了梳理和总结,并结合现有研究存在的局限和不足,对未来的研究进行了展望,提出了建议,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Psychological capital is an important guarantee for high performance of an organization.Team psychological capital,as the emerging trend of psychological capital research,shows great research value and attracts more and more attention of domestic and foreign scholars.Through the literature research,this article combs and summarizes the basic concept,structure and measurement,antecedents and consequences of team psychological capital.Combined with the limitations and inadequacies of the existing research,it looks into future research and puts forward some suggestions in order to provide reference for related research.
