Zhang Tailei and People’s Congress of the Far East

1922年年初,经过长期筹备的远东人民代表大会先后在莫斯科和彼得格勒胜利召开,中国代表团顺利参加大会,张太雷在其中发挥着重要作用。尽管张太雷没有参加远东人民代表大会,但他在远东人民代表大会的筹备过程中做出了重要贡献,尤其是起草《关于召开远东人民代表大会的呼吁书》。《关于召开远东人民代表大会的呼吁书》目前所知的文本均为节选本。结合舒米亚茨基回忆录和有关文本的内容对比,其目前应该有两个全文本,分别是中文本的《共产国际执行委员会告远东诸民族书》和俄文本的《共产国际远东书记处告远东人民书》。由此引申出以舒米亚茨基回忆录为线索,进一步挖掘张太雷相关文献资料的方法性启示。

After the long-term preparation,People’s Congress of the Far East was successfully held in Moscow and Petrograd in early 1922 and Chinese delegation attended the Congress successfully,in which Zhang Tailei played a significant role.Although Zhang Tailei did not participate in People’s Congress of the Far East,he made important contributions in the preparations for the Congress,especially the drafting of Appeal for the Convening of the Far East People’s Congress.The text of the appeal currently known is an excerpt.In combination with the memory of Shumiatskii and the comparison of the contents of relevant texts,there are two full-text versions currently,namely the Chinese version of The Letter of the Executive Committee of the Communist International to the Peoples of the Far East and the Russian version of The Letter of the Secretariat of the Far East to the Peoples of the Far East.Accordingly,taking the recollection of Shumiatskii as a clue,it further studies the methodological enlightenment of Zhang Tailei’s related literature.
