“一流学科”建设背景下物理学创新人才培养的初步探索与实践

人才培养是“双一流”建设的核心内容,苏州大学物理科学与技术学院依托“一流学科”建设,围绕全面提高人才培养能力这一核心点,在创新物理学专业人才培养模式基础上,通过科学构建课程体系、探索多样化教学模式和丰富教学资源,建设物理学专业高水平教学团队,深度融合科研和教学,建立多样化的国际交流机制等具体措施,探索培养具有创新能力的物理学专业人才有效途径。

Talent cultivation is the core content of construction of"Double First-class".School of Physical Science and Technology in Soochow University relies on the"first-class discipline"construction and focuses on the core point of comprehensively improving talent cultivation ability.On the basis of improving talent training ability in physics of innovation,we construct the scientific curriculum system,explore diversified teaching mode and teaching resource,construct the high level teaching team,and establish diversified international communication mechanism,in order to explore effective ways to cultivate physics professional talents with innovation ability.
