摘要
《旅游心理学》是面向旅游管理专业本科生、为促进我国旅游市场发展而开设的专业课程。根据旅游管理专业人才培养要求和该课程的教学目标,该课程以“知识掌握与能力素质培养相结合”为目标进行了课堂教学改革,主要从“知识导入”、“角色扮演”、“情景设计”、“分组学习”、“案例解析”、“课外实践”、“补充阅读”七个方面进行了课堂实践。文章对课堂教学改革实践进行了详细的介绍,并分析了所取得教学改革效果。在对教学效果进行反思的基础上,对下一步深化改革提出了对策和建议。
Tourism psychology is a professional course for undergraduate students majoring in tourism management to promote the development of China's tourism market.According to the training requirements of tourism management and the teaching objectives,the course is based on the combination of knowledge mastery and ability quality training,and the classroom teaching reform is mainly carried out in seven aspects:knowledge introduction,role playing,scenario designing,group learning,case analysis,extracurricular practice and additional reading.The article gives a detailed introduction to the practice of classroom teaching reform,and analyzes the effect of the teaching reform achieved.On the basis of rethinking the teaching effect,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the next step of deepening reform.
