针对新疆学生的机械制造生产实习教学探讨

针对新疆地区机械类专业机械制造生产实习教学过程中遇到的问题,结合新疆地域的民族文化及生产实习的内容和特点,总结生产实习教学过程中发现的困难和不足,通过对问题的分析探讨,提出在充分考虑新疆地区民族文化特殊性的基础上,优化实习教学结构、规程及实习内容,改进生产实习指导方式方法,改善实习考核机制等方法,旨在提高机械类专业生产实习的教学效果和人才培养质量。

For the problems encountered in the teaching process of machinery manufacturing in Xinjiang Province,the paper considers the national culture of Xinjiang and the content and characteristics of the production internship.In the paper,the difficulties and shortcomings found in the production practice teaching process are summarized.On the basis of fully considering the particularity of national culture in Xinjiang,it is proposed to optimize the structure,procedures and internship content of the internship,improve the methods of production internship guidance,and improve the internship assessment mechanism by the analysis of the encountered problems.It aims to improve the teaching effect and quality of personnel training in mechanical production.
