浅析新媒体环境下的辅导员工作室建设

Instructors'studio is a window to show the style of instructors;a platform to innovate ideological and political work and an important attempt to further promote the professionalization and specialization construction of instructors'team.Relying on this studio,instructors can influence their students imperceptibly,meanwhile,improve their own profession and enhance the effect of ideological and political work.Under this circumstance,the occupation of the network has become an important issue facing all members of the studio in addition to the routine work.This paper will sort out the development and current status of the studio in the context of new media,to explore its functions,carriers,challenges,tests and significance,etc.
