教学、科研与教学管理相结合的高校教师发展新模式

新时代“三全育人”的新模式,对高校教师的能力和素质提出了更高的要求。教学和科研均是高校教师的重要工作,但从没有将其与基层管理相结合。文章分析了目前高校专任教师和教学秘书工作中存在的问题,提出了一种教学、科研与教学管理相结合的高校教师发展新模式。该模式旨在培育出一批集教学、科研、管理于一体的新型专任教师和集管理、科研、创新于一体的新型教学管理工作者,这对专任教师和基层教学管理人员自身的发展,对增强教学管理的学术内涵,以及对促进新时代专业发展和人才培养都具有重要的作用和意义。

The special mode of"Three-all Education"in the new era puts forward higher demands on the ability and quality of teachers in colleges and universities.Teaching and scientific research are important tasks for college teachers,but they have never been combined with grass-roots management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the work of full-time teachers and teaching secretaries in colleges and universities,and puts forward a new development mode of teachers in colleges and universities,which combines teaching,scientific research and teaching management.The purpose of this model is to cultivate a group of new full-time teachers who integrate teaching,scientific research and management in one,and new teaching management workers who integrate management,scientific research and innovation.It plays an important role and significance in the development of full-time teachers and grass-roots teaching administrators,and also it is significant for enhancing the academic connotation of teaching management and promoting the professional development and talent training in the new era.
