武侠小说以外的另面白羽

The Other Side of Bai Yu as a Martial Arts Fiction Writer

作为民国武侠小说的代表性作家,白羽已进入学界的研究视野,但人们关注的重点多在武侠文本,对其武侠小说之外的生平及其文史著述的探究相对较弱。依据新见史料,对“白羽”笔名的寓意、界定、出现时间等进行了全新考辨,推翻前说,并在此基础上对白羽自传《话柄》及其他文史著述也作出了最新考评。

As a landmark writer of martial arts fiction in the Republic of China,Bai Yu has entered the academic research field at present,but the focus of people’s attention is mostly on martial arts texts,while the exploration into his lifetime,and his literary and historical works apart from his martial arts fiction is relatively weak.On the basis of new historical materials,this paper makes a new textual research on the implication,definition and appearance time of the pen-name of“Bai Yu”,overthrows the previous theoris,and moves on to make a latest evaluation of Bai Yu’s autobiography Talk and his other literary and historical works.
