江苏昆山振东侨乡变迁述评

A Review of the Changes in Zhendong Overseas Chinese Town in Kunshan,Jiangsu Province

始建于20世纪20年代的振东侨乡,是一群归国广东台山籍华侨在江苏昆山留下的物质文化遗存。这些侨胞给昆山带来了较为先进的生产生活方式,并在思想观念、社会结构和组织形式等方面对当时的昆山产生了一定的影响;同时,昆山的地方文化和思想形态,也以一种潜移默化的方式,与振东侨乡互相作用、互相影响。

Zhendong Overseas Chinese Town,which was founded in the 1920s,is a material and cultural heritage in Kunshan,Jiangsu Province left by a group of returned overseas Chinese from Taishan,Guangdong Province.These overseas Chinese brought a lot of advanced ways of life and production to Kunshan,and exerted certain influence on Kunshan at that time in terms of ideology,social structure and organizational form.At the same time,Kunshan’s local culture and ideology also interacted with Zhendong Overseas Chinese Town in a subtle way.
