摘要
中职与本科(3+4)一体化人才培养是中职与本科的一种衔接方式,也是应用型本科高校人才培养模式的创新举措。目前该模式在招生录取、一体化人才培养方案制订、评价方式、学生管理、中职毕业生分流等方面存在一些问题。为此,需要进一步厘清人才培养目标和规格、合理制订人才培养方案、加强文化基础课程整体设计、建立合作共赢的契约精神,并在此基础上构建有效运行机制。
The integration of secondary vocational and undergraduate (3+4) talent training is a way of linking up secondary vocational education and undergraduate education,and it is also an innovative measure of talent training mode in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.At present,some problems need to be solved in the aspects of enrollment,formulation of integrated talent training model,evaluation method,student management and the diversion of secondary vocational graduates.The construction of this model is to clarify the objectives and specifications of talent training,formulate a reasonable talent training program,strengthen the overall design of cultural basic courses,and establish the spirit of a win-win contract,on the basis of which to build an effective operation mechanism.
