摘要
无人艇作为新一代作战平台,在军事领域应用越来越广,其感知系统已从简单导航、避碰功能,扩展到了集情报收集、反潜作战、精确打击等多维一体的系统。随着无人艇感知系统综合化、智能化程度不断提高,其功能丧失几率越来越大,且故障发生后无法进行人工修复。故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术可实时对设备状态和健康状况进行评估,可降低维修成本,提高系统的安全性及任务成功率,提升作战效能。研究了无人艇感知系统,给出了其PHM系统结构及设计方案。
As a new combat platform,unmanned surface vehicle (USV) has been widely used in the military field.Its sensory system has expanded from simple navigation and collision avoidance to multi-dimensional and integrative system integrating information-collecting,anti-submarine operation and precise strike,etc.With the continuous improvement of comprehensive and intelligent level of the USV sensory system,the probability of function loss is becoming bigger and bigger,and it can not be manually repaired after the failure occurs.The technology of prognostic and health management (PHM) can evaluate the equipment state and health condition in real time,reduces the maintenance cost,improve system security and mission success rate,increase the operational efficiency.This paper studies the USV sensing system,and gives the structure and design scheme of PHM system.
