摘要
采用基于模糊理论的综合评价方法对地下空间多灾种进行分析评价。先根据专家评议的方法确立评价指标,共确定了3个指标层,再利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,利用模糊评价理论确定安全等级,以此确立评价模型。根据此方法对某地下空间进行多灾种综合安全评价,得出了该工程的灾害评价等级是“较安全”的结论,指导该项目在防灾减灾方面的工作思路,该实例证明了该模型的有效性,可以为城市防灾减灾评价提供有价值的理论参考。
The comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy theory is used to analyze and evaluate the multiple hazards in underground space.Firstly,the evaluation index is established according to the engineering practice and expert evaluation method,and three index layers are determined.Then,the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the safety grade is determined by using the fuzzy evaluation theory,so as to establish the evaluation model.According to this method,the comprehensive safety evaluation of an underground space is carried out,and the conclusion that the disaster evaluation grade of the project is"safer"is drawn,which guides the work of the project in disaster prevention and mitigation.
