惠州市中小型企业技能型人才现状及开发模式研究

The Current Situation and Development Mode of Technical Talents in Huizhou Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

随着经济的发展与产业结构的转型,技能型人才的作用越发突出和明显。特别是在占国民经济份额与日剧增的中小型企业在发展过程中离不开技术技能型人才的支撑。以惠州市中小型企业的员工作为研究对象,采用实证研究的方法,通过设计《惠州市技能型人才开发问卷》来了解惠州市中小型企业中技能型人才的基本情况,运用SPSS22.0软件进行分析,探索惠州市中小型企业中技能型人才的现状、发展趋势以及适宜的开发模式,力求为惠州市的技能型人才培养提供参考价值。

With the development of economy and the transformation of industrial structure,the role of skilled talents becomes more prominent and obvious.Especially the small and medium-sized enterprises,which soared in the share of the national economy cannot develop without the support of technical talents.This paper focuses on the employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in Huizhou,under the empirical research methods.The basic situation of the skilled talents in the small and medium-sized enterprises in Huizhou city was researched through the design of Huizhou technical talent development questionnaire.The survey data analysis is carried on by SPSS22.0 software.Exploring skilled talents in small and medium enterprises present situation,development trend and the suitable development pattern,this paper tries to provide reference for skilled personnel training of Huizhou.
