京津冀协同发展背景下曹妃甸现代产业布局与高素质技术技能人才需求分析

Analysis on the Modern Industrial Layout and High-Quality Technical Skills in Caofeidian Under the Background of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

京津冀协同发展是国家重大发展战略,曹妃甸作为京冀两地共同打造的协同发展示范区,承接着京津产业转移、疏解非首都功能的重要使命。运用调查法和文献分析法,对曹妃甸现代产业布局与发展现状进行实际调研与分析,提出了与产业对接的高素质技能人才需求建议,为高等职业教育人才培养提供参考。

Coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a major national development strategy.Caofeidian as a collaborative development demonstration zone between Beijing and Hebei,undertakes the important mission of Beijing and tianjin’s industrial transfer and the relief of non-capital functions.Using investigation method and literature analysis method,this study makes a practical investigation and analysis on the present situation of the layout and development of Caofeidian modern industry,and puts forward some suggestions for the demand of high-quality technical talents matching with the industry,so as to provide references for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education.
