免疫调节剂胸腺五肽在婴幼儿麻疹中的调节作用

Effectiveness research in immunologic function of immunomodulator on measles children

目的本研究通过观察免疫调节剂胸腺五肽注射液的疗效,阐述麻疹治疗过程中使用免疫调节剂的必要性。方法选取确诊为的麻疹患儿,分为对照组和试验组,对照组进行常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础应用胸腺五肽。观察各组在不同时间点T细胞亚群等的变化。比较试验组与对照组在热退时间、并发症数目及平均住院天数等方面的差异及药物不良反应发生情况。结果随着用药时间的延长,胸腺五肽对于促进各T淋巴细胞亚群、总B细胞、NK细胞趋于正常值范围有很好的作用;对于改善患儿的临床症状、缩短住院时间有一定的积极作用。试验组患儿均未发生明显的药物不良反应。结论胸腺五肽应用于麻疹治疗可调节患者细胞免疫功能,促进免疫功能的恢复,减轻炎症活动,并最终改善预后。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of immunologic function of Thymopetidum Injection on children with measles.MethodsChildren with measles were divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group were given Thymopetidum Injection by intravenous drip;Control group only given general treatment.Lymphocytes cells counting in the groups were tests after treatment.Control group was tested before treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated,and adverse reaction observed.ResultsAs the extension of time,Thymopetidum could balance T-lymphocytes subgroup,promote CD19^+,NK lymphocytes to normal range.The time to defervescence,the number of complications and the cure time of measles between two groups were different.No significant adverse reaction was found in four groups.ConclusionThymopetidum can raise cell-immunologic function on measles patients,reduce inflammation activity,and improve the prognosis ultimately.
