摘要
目的探究白细胞介素33(IL-33)和白细胞介素1受体样1(ST2)mRNA在颅咽管瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集颅咽管瘤标本36例,脑挫伤脑组织标本22例作为对照,应用定量PCR检测颅咽管瘤组织和脑挫伤组织中的IL-33和ST2 mRNA的表达水平。结果以β-actin基因为内参照,颅咽管瘤组织中IL-33 mRNA表达明显高于对照组,相对定量分别为(0.12±0.13)和(0.06±0.08),差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。颅咽管瘤组织中ST2 mRNA表达程度明显高于对照组,相对定量分别为(0.17±0.18)和(0.04±0.06),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.002)。相关性分析显示,IL-33和ST2 mRNA表达呈正性相关(r=0.35,P=0.04)。结论IL-33和ST2受体mRNA的表达可能与颅咽管瘤的发生有着协同促进的作用。
Objective To detect the expression of IL-33 /ST2 mRNA in craniopharyngioma and investigate its clinical significance. Methods 36 surgical specimens from patients with craniopharyngioma and 22 brain tissue samples from patients with brain contusion were collected.The expression levels of IL-33/ST2 mRNA in craniopharyngioma and brain contusion tissues were detected by quantitative PCR. Results The expression of IL-33 mRNA in craniopharyngioma tissues was significantly higher than that in the control group with β-actin gene as an internal reference,and the relative quantitative values were (0.12± 0.13 ) and ( 0.06± 0.08),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant ( P =0.03).ST2 mRNA expression in craniopharyngioma tissues was significantly higher than that in the control group,with the relative quantitative values of (0.17±0.18) and (0.04±0.06),respectively ( P =0.002).Correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between IL-33 and ST2 mRNA expression ( r =0.35,P =0.04). Conclusion The expression of IL-33 and ST2 receptor mRNA may play a synergistic role in the development of craniopharyngioma.
