摘要
继电器控制直流电动机分为控制电路和被控电路两部分,控制电路的好坏直接影响电动机的运行。为了设计性能优越的控制系统,从继电器工作原理出发,建立等效电路模型,分析影响电动机运行的主要因素,利用测速传感器反馈信号,构建系统控制模型,运用MATLAB/Simulink仿真。仿真结果表明:系统响应快,超调小,电动机速度维持在预期界限内,能用于实际运行。
The relay control DC motor is divided into two parts:the control circuit and the controlled circuit,and the quality of the control circuit directly affects the operation of the motor.In order to design a control system with superior performance,an equivalent circuit model is established based on the working principle of relays,and the main factors affecting the operation of the motor are analyzed;the control model of the system is constructed by the feedback signal of the speed measuring sensor,and the simulation of the system is carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of fast response,small overshoot,and the motor speed is kept within the expected limit,which can be used in actual operation.
