2009—2018年国内化疗相关性腹泻的文献计量分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 通过对数据的整合、聚类、分析了解2009—2018年国内对于化疗相关性腹泻的研究热点及发展趋势,为以后化疗相关性腹泻的研究提供参考。方法通过检索万方数据库、中国知网获得国内近10年对于化疗相关性研究的文献,运用数目信息共现挖掘(bicomb)系统等对数据进行统计分析和聚类。结果共纳入文献155篇,获取高频词23个,前7名分别为“奥曲肽”、“伊立替康”、“护理”、“结直肠癌”、“益生菌”、“治疗”和“氟尿嘧啶”;得到聚类效果最佳的3个类别,分别是肠道疾病与化疗相关性腹泻的相关性研究、对化疗相关性腹泻的病因探讨及防治、中医治疗化疗相关性腹泻的临床研究。结论国内研究人员对于化疗相关性腹泻的关注度较高,研究多集中在病因和治疗方法的探讨,研究方法包括Meta分析、临床试验和回顾性分析,中医疗法成为化疗相关性腹泻研究的一个热点。 Objective To explore the hotspot and trend of researches on diarrhea induced by chemotherapy in the past decade of China. Methods The literatures on diarrhea induced by chemotherapy among the year of 2009 to 2018 in China were searched from the Wangfang and China National Knowledge Internet database. Bicomb system was applied to gain the cluster outcome. Results Totally 155 papers were screened out with 23 high frequency words being fixed. The three categories with the best clustering effect were named as correlation research between intestinal disease and the chemotherapy inducing diarrhea, the etiology, prevention and treatment of chemotherapy inducing diarrhea, and the Chinese traditional treatment for chemotherapy inducing diarrhea. Conclusions Chemotherapy inducing diarrhea attracts high attention from the domestic researchers. The researches concentrate on the etiology and the treatment including the meta analysis, clinical trials, and the retrospective analysis. Chinese traditional treatment for chemotherapy induced diarrhea is a hotspots for the research on chemotherapy inducing diarrhea.
